We have a consultation call to connect more on your vision, planning progress, and get to know each other a bit more. I’ll then walk you through our planning packages and create a proposal designed for your special day.

Planning kicks off with access to your client portal and diving deeper into your details! We map out the next few months of tasks and meetings, and get up to speed with vendor relations and design. This is where the fun really begins, trust me!

Leading up to the big day I ensure all the details are buttoned up and you feel prepared and confident. The wedding week is well executed and you are able to relax and revel in the magic. Day of is completely handled, as it should be.

Starting 12 months out, we’ll work together to bring your wedding plans to life. I’ll be there to offer advice, review contracts, help manage and book vendors, and guide you through the details that can feel overwhelming along the way. As the big day approaches, we’ll finalize your timeline, floor plan, and rehearsal, making sure everything is ready to go. On your wedding day, I’ll handle the setup, tear down, and behind-the-scenes details with an assistant and 12 hours of coverage.
You get the guidance and experience of a planner, while still having the freedom to make the decisions and enjoy the parts of planning you love.

Perfect for the couple who has it all under control but wants a professional to take the lead toward the end and manage the big day.
Starting three months out, we step in to make sure every detail is ready to go. From reviewing contracts and coordinating with your vendors to finalizing your timeline, floor plan, and rehearsal, we'll bring all of the pieces together. On your wedding day, we'll handle setup, keep everything moving, and manage the details behind the scenes with 10 hours of coverage and an assistant included.
So when the day arrives, you can let go of the logistics and simply be present for it all.
